Matt Bosak joined Hassani, Focas & Fifer in 2016. He concentrates his practice in estate and trust administration, estate planning, power of attorney assistance, and charitable foundations.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Colleen Cavanaugh in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. He also practiced for a year in business law, estate planning, and civil litigation with another local firm. Before holding these positions, he was immersed in various fields of law by practicing as a student attorney in Baltimore City rent court and by serving as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul Grimm in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Maryland.
While in law school, Matt was a corporate law clerk for a mortgage company and civil litigation law clerk for a title company. He also worked for the University of Maryland, directly negotiating and drafting contracts for clinical trial engagements between the University and industry leading pharmaceutical companies.
