WHAT IS IT?

EZ Plan is a streamlined economical estate planning system for routine cases. Services are provided by experienced local attorneys who guide you through the entire process. This is not a “do-it-yourself” program like many available on the internet but is offered at a comparable cost.

ELIGIBILITY

EZ Plan is designed for routine cases. In our experience, most clients qualify as routine. If you are not sure if your plan is routine, we offer a no commitment consultation to determine your eligibility for EZ Plan. Simply submit your contact information, call, or email us.

COST

Married Clients:

No Trusts for Children – $750

Trusts for Children – $950

Single Clients

No Trusts for Children – $650

Trusts for Children – $850

Prices above include Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, and Wills.

Revocable Living Trust (optional) – add $600

CALL FROM EZ PLAN ATTORNEY

You will receive this call before the end of the next business day. The EZ Plan attorney will determine your eligibility for the program and schedule a review and sign meeting.

REVIEW AND SIGN MEETING

At this meeting at our offices you will meet with your EZ Plan attorney who will explain your documents and make any required revisions before you sign.

POST-SIGNING FOLLOW UP

We will upload scans of your signed documents to a Dropbox folder.

THIS ENTIRE STREAMLINED PROCESS WILL GENERALLY BE COMPLETED IN 1-2 WEEKS
