Hassani, Focas & Fifer, P.A. is a law firm located in Towson, Maryland focusing on estate planning, elder law, estate and trust administration, and business law. We were established in 1988 by Wilbur C. Jensen and Alexander A. Hassani when they consolidated their separate law practices after working together at a large Baltimore firm.

Jerry D. Focas became a partner in 1995 after years at the firm.

Wilbur Jensen died in 2013 after more than 60 years of law practice.

The firm was known as Jensen, Hassani & Focas until 2019.

In 2014, Eric T. Fifer became a partner after starting his legal career with the firm in 2005.

Chris A. Owens joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2015 bringing over 30 years of estates and trusts experience at both large and small firms.

In our early years, we offered a broad range of legal services. Over time, we narrowed our scope to the niche practice we are today. Our experience in multiple disciplines allows us to offer unique perspectives of the wide-ranging legal issues that often arise in connection with our clients’ planning. Our narrow focus permits us to craft more effective and efficient solutions for our clients.
